Workout as hard as you can without injuring yourself and appreciate what you have accomplished so far.
In October, more than three months have passed since I began to seriously exercise with routines in the morning and at night. At that point, I had lost around 9 to 10 kg since July and I was quite happy with the progress I had done. All of this was new to me because it was the first time I had accomplished this much in weight loss. There were changes in my body that were very obvious to me through looser clothes and through the comments I received from the people around me.
I want to share with you the workout routine I did during this month. As I was burning fat, I started focusing on finding workouts to tone my body.

So now you have the workouts I did for October. Chloe Ting's routine was the most challenging at that time; there were times I almost stopped to take a break in the middle of it. I especially enjoyed Emi Wong's dance routine. Ice Cream is a great song to start a workout routine in the morning. In next's post, I will share my November Workout Routine. See you!
